Bar Services Packages
When you book with us you are guaranteed satisfaction of your bartending needs. We will work closely with you to ensure we provide you with the best possible experience, to make your event run smoothly.
Included Services
Unlimited contact until the day of your event for any questions or concerns, ideas, etc. Wedding Bartender/Reception Bartender. Early Arrival, usually 4 hours prior to start time, set up, fruit prep, drink prep, organization, full bar service with no limitations, clean up, cleaning during down time, changing trash, filling coolers, one of the last people to leave to make sure everything is cleaned up. Don't worry about hourly fees.
Included Items
-Clear plastic cups,
-straws,
-bar napkins,
-bar tools (ice scoop, shakers, etc.),
-bar fruit (cherries, lemons, limes, oranges),
-mixers (sour mix, lemon juice, lime juice, grenadine, cranberry, tonic water, soda water, pineapple juice, orange juice)
Not Included
Alcohol, in order to comply with all state laws, we are unable to provide alcohol. We can help you decide on amounts and brands.
Rentals
Ice, we can deliver ice for the price of ice & $25 delivery fee. We will purchase 3 lbs. of ice per person.
Soda/Pop, to keep our low competitive prices we do not include soda/pop in our bartender service fee. We can provide for $3/person.
Tea/Lemonade can be provided for $5/gallon.
Ginger Beer can be added for an additional cost.
